我又生病了?

今天下午吃了藥之后就感觉比早上的时候裉累m(_ _)m头感觉好暈好暈，發燒，瀉肚子，咳嗽，感冒和身体疼痛。刚刚又在吃药了，现在又开始头晕了。我要去睡觉了。晚安了
