1.我炸了幾塊去骨雞腿排 ~ 先用胡椒醃過後再裹地瓜粉炸到酥脆
這邊分享一下我的醬汁 ~ 準備蝦油 蒜頭 辣椒 香菜 檸檬 醋 糖
切丁的蒜頭 辣椒 香菜混和之後 加入醋 糖 蝦油 一邊調味
不要一次加太多以免味道過重.. 慢慢加入試吃出你滿意的口味就好
醬汁完成後在炸雞上淋上醬汁 就可以吃了~
這一道很OEC ( 下次我開趴要上^O^)
